Tracey has principal responsibility for marketing strategy of Cadence’s growing portfolio of senior living communities in the Northwest Region, including the launch of Cadence at Kent-Meridian in the Seattle MSA. For over three decades, Tracey has been devoted to helping Americans live life to its fullest. She has spent over 15 years in senior living connecting people to meaningful products, services, and programs that enhance lives while creating magic moments for all ages, especially active agers. Her roles have ranged from overseeing marketing, sales solutions, corporate communications, and wellness/Life Engagement programming. Before joining Cadence, Tracey has held  marketing leadership positions in the senior living and contract rehabilitation industries. Tracey is a national presenter at aspirational conferences, like the ICAA, that specialize in improving the quality of living for older adults around the country and has over 30+ published articles, as well as creation of Senior fitness videos like The Groovy Granny, which inspired a generation of Seniors to keep health and fitness at top of mind.

For example, on the day the interview was recorded, breakfast was Eggs Benedict and the soup of the day was bean and bacon. Lunch was chicken quesadillas with homemade guacamole, homemade fresh corn salsa. Dinner was Chinese themed: grilled chicken teriyaki with jasmine rice, beef and broccoli with noodles, steamed bok choy and sauteed cabbage, with homemade lemon blueberry cake for dessert.

Cadence offers a great value in communities along with offering the services you're looking for: 128 apartments, three levels, offering both independent living and assisted living, that allows people to age in place in the apartment they choose. Cadence has studios, one bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, all with high ceilings (12 feet on the first level, 10 feet on the second), full kitchens, a balcony with a view, and washer/dryer. Anytime-dining at a bistro offers a variety of foods. Senior wellness programs will be designed based on the interests of the residents, like in-tune fitness.
