MorningStar Senior Living's operations specialist John Jaeger joins Suzanne Newman to talk about MorningStar's corporate culture, an organization that strives to make these the best years of their residents, bring them purpose, and to give back to their team members. Going beyond loving their residents is the MorningStar Foundation, established to offer support to philanthropic initiatives around the world and in local neighborhoods.

The MorningStar Foundation was founded to serve local and international nonprofit organizations. They've partnered with Lifewater International, which is based out of the U.S. and operates in Ethiopia, Tanzania, Uganda and Cambodia to support safe water projects. MorningStar hosts a premier charity golf event fundraiser in Denver called Quench, which last year raised $120,000 for Lifewater's transformative projects.
