Silver Spaces LLC recognized this and created an app that can be used by anyone, anywhere on any device to create a safe and secure home for older adults to remain in as they age. In 2015, we released the Silver Spaces Home Safety Assessment app (silverspaces.com). In 2020 it was released as an internet-based version. We use universal design and accessibility guidelines to create a 360-degree interior and exterior home evaluation that identifies health and safety risks.
